Return & Refund Policy

At Coolshades, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The product received is damaged.
• You received the wrong product.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused.
• It must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Used products.
• Products damaged by customer misuse.
• Items without original packaging.
• Minor color differences caused by screen settings.

Refunds

Once the returned product passes inspection:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• The amount will be credited through the original payment method or another approved method.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
